Canadian Resource Capital Corp (“CRCC”) is an Alberta Corporation incorporated August 4, 2004 holding an August 15, 2018 registered operating trade name: Canadian Resource Financial Group. On January 3, 2019, CRCC submitted to the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions ("OSFI")its application to reserve the name “Canadian Resource Bank” (the “Bank”) and subsequently “Banque De Ressources Canadienne” and commenced its application to establish itself as a federally regulated financial institution (“FRFI”).
